Revamped the City's NPDES compliance program for the municipal permit to establish and streamline processes.
Developed guidance document for post-construction standards; implementation plan for overall permit compliance; illict discharge detection and elimintion and construction monitoring programs; provided city staff training; prepared first draft of needed municipal code revisions.
Coordinated efforts to respond to historic Notice of Violation and minimize risk of future violations.
